2. Choose Your Post Option
● 1 Post — $150 (includes boosting)
● 2 Posts — $275 (includes boosting)
Every post includes boosting — we'll put ad spend behind your post so it's shown to a targeted audience of engaged couples who may not follow us yet!
3. Submit Your Photos & Content
● You may provide your own photos and content, or highlight a special event, product, or service.
● Photos must be at least 1080 pixels wide for the best quality.
● Participated with us last year? You can reuse your previous post, update it with new photos, or create something completely new.
4. Want to Reach Even More People?
The form includes instructions for co-hosting the Instagram post with The Seattle Wedding Show. Co-hosting allows the post to appear on both accounts and can help expand your reach.
5. Review & Approval
All posts must be approved by The Seattle Wedding Show before they are published.
We’ll email a proof of your post for approval, along with deadlines for requesting any changes.
6. Watch for Your Results!
After your post is published, we’ll email you an Engagement Report showing how your post performed.
