Complete this form to apply for a loading dock time. You will receive a confirmation after we check availability.
Space is limited; you only have 30 minutes to unload, and your vehicle must be removed from the dock area while you set up your exhibit.
Vehicles under 6’5” tall should use South hand-carried Freight. Vehicles under 9’8” should use North hand-carried freight. You do not need to schedule an arrival time for South or North hand-carried freight.
The deadline for a loading dock time is January 16, 2025.
